How To Disable Email Notifications For AI Call Notes in RingCentral

1. Navigate to https://service.ringcentral.com/application/overview

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Notifications"

4. Click the arrow by "Messaging Notifications".

5. Click the "Notified by Email" field by the Call notes. Uncheck to disable notifications.

6. Click "Save"
